I am not enough; never have been, never will be. Even though a popular song says I am.
John 6:37 NASB
Everything that the Father gives Me will come to Me, and the one who comes to Me I certainly will not cast out.
If I have no self esteem; then it cannot be low or high. There is no self in Christ. As He was self”less”, so should I be. Losing self is against the world’s viewpoint and against basic human nature. It is a daily battle. My identity is Christ and Christ alone. No adjectives nor pronouns. If there is no “I” or “me”, only Christ, then I am never a stumbling block.
He was ENOUGH. All that I am is Him. I walk, talk and think to glorify Him. I dress blessed, talk blessed and think blessed. The world will not look at me and think non-Christian, unloved, unwanted or undisciplined. I do not roll out of bed and drag myself to church for a blessing or feel-good experience. I go in reverence for worship.
Give Him your all, your real ALL. Your best, that is enough.

1 Just as I am, without one plea,
But that Thy blood was shed for me,
And that Thou bid’st me come to Thee,
O Lamb of God, I come! I come!
2 Just as I am, and waiting not
To rid my soul of one dark blot;
To Thee whose blood can cleanse each spot,
O Lamb of God, I come, I come!
3 Just as I am, though tossed about
With many a conflict, many a doubt;
Fightings within, and fears without,
O Lamb of God, I come, I come!
4 Just as I am, poor, wretched, blind;
Sight, riches, healing of the mind;
Yes, all I need, in Thee to find,
O Lamb of God, I come, I come!
5 Just as I am, Thou wilt receive,
Wilt welcome, pardon, cleanse, relieve;
Because Thy promise I believe,
O Lamb of God, I come, I come!
6 Just as I am, Thy love unknown
Has broken every barrier down;
Now, to be Thine, yea, Thine alone,
O Lamb of God, I come, I come!
Thank you for the uplift of encouragement this morn
